Gary Lindemann* (Harry) returns to Capital Rep having played “The Old Man” in last year’s A Christmas Story, THE MUSICAL. Broadway credits include Phantom of the Opera and Anything Goes. He toured with Disney’s High School Musical, tapped with Anything Goes and rocked with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (Soloist). Regional performances include Man of LaMancha (Quixote), 1776 (Rutledge), The 39 Steps (Han-nay), Spamalot (Sir Galahad), Around the World in 80 Days (Phileas Fogg), Little Women (Prof. Bhaer) Urinetown (Lockstock), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Trevor), Sweeney Todd (Antony), Kiss Me Kate (Fred) and Fantasticks (El Gallo). TV credits: Law & Order, SVU, Law & Order, One Life to Live and All My Children. Trained at Carnegie-Mellon University, he loves motorcycling, picking his guitar and baking pies. KARA MIKULA* (Rosie) is thrilled to be back at Capital Rep, where she last appeared as the tap-dancing Miss Shields in A Christmas Story, The Musical. National Tours: Irving Berlin’s White Christmas (Mrs. Snoring Man/Seamstress/Secretary/Quintet; understudied and performed Martha Watson, played by Lorna Luft). Off-Broadway: Allegro (understudied all 6 females and performed Marjorie), directed by John Doyle, at Classic Stage Company. Pre-Broadway: Fancy – A New Musical (Fiddle Player/Pam Cupps), based on the Reba McEntire song, directed by Denis Jones; The SpongeBob Musical (created the role of Mrs. Puff), directed by Tina Landau. HARRIS TURNER* (Pepper, ensemble) is thrilled to be making his Capitol Rep and Equity debuts in Mamma Mia! Having recently returned from a nine-month world tour of Tiger Martina's Vegas! The Show! Harris is excited to share his talents with the Albany audience. His most recent credits include Chicago, M.C. (Highlands Playhouse), Hairspray, Seaweed (JCC Rochester), and being a Principal Singer/Dancer with Norwegian Cruise Lines. Sending thanks and love to Mom and Ginger.
Carla Woods* (Tanya, Ensemble) is excited to be a part of Mamma Mia. She recently performed in Shipwrecked at The Oldcastle Theater. Carla understudied and performed the lead role of Deloris Van Cartier in the first national tour of Sister Act. Carla was also in the first national tour of All Shook Up. Other favorites include Aida, Smokey Joe’s Cafe, Beehive and Merrily We Roll Along. She has performed on the high seas in her own headliner show. Carla works with college students in her workshop called the Artists Journey. She received her BFA in musical theater from the University of Cincinnati, College Conservatory of Music.
