Box Office Policy

Check your tickets
Please review carefully for the correct date, time and seat location. Tickets by Proctors is not responsible for errors not reported within 24 hours of receipt. Every person, regardless of age must have a ticket to be admitted to a performance (no exceptions). A ticket is a revocable license valid only for the event and seat printed on it. Management may, without refund, revoke this license or refuse admission for unlawful sale, attempted resale, or for disorderly conduct.

No refunds or exchanges
Events, dates and times are subject to change. No retroactive discounts will be permitted. Patrons who choose not to attend a performance, despite adverse weather conditions, will not be eligible for ticket refunds or credit. All ticket sales are final.

Latecomers
At the request of the show’s producers, latecomers may be seated at a suitable break in the performance, in the rear of the theatre, or at intermission.

Proctors prides itself on offering a diverse selection of arts entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to, or be appropriate for, every person or for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows we offer in order to make informed decisions.
